I had a sneak taste of the "in development" pecan napoleon at Central a few weeks ago, and it was amazing, so I can't imagine how much better it will be when it's finalized for Mardi Gras. You can't go wrong with pecan ice cream, caramel sauce, and layers of soft pecan brittle.
