FWIW, I took advantage of Oya's $19 3-course lunch special today - yummy. HOWEVER, I was NOT ever given a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The waiter asked if I wanted water or wine with lunch but never said the wine was complimentary. It's still a great deal for lunch tho.

Hmm, too bad you didn't get the sparkly. What did you eat?

For my OYA lunch I had an appetizer of coconut shrimp, then scallops with truffle and pasta, and a dessert of bread pudding with cream. And some lovely cheese biscuits. Yum yum yum. I sat next to that cool hearth - longest fireplace I've ever seen.
