Chef Five Bites: Jamie Leeds

Jamie Leeds is the chef/owner of CommonWealth Gastropub and two locations of Hank’s Oyster Bar. Before moving to DC to launch 15ria, the self-taught chef worked for Drew Nieporent's Myriad Restaurant Group as an executive consulting chef. Her extensive résumé also includes The Globe and Union Square Cafe in NYC. Leeds is now president of the national Women Chefs & Restaurateurs organization.
