Chef Five Bites: Michel Richard

I guess this is technically the third pastry chef in a row for Chef Five Bites, considering Michel Richard got his start at a patisserie in France at the tender age of 14. Of course, Richard is now known for his great successes at Citronelle and the bustling Central. Here's a look at what the James Beard award-winning chef dines on around town.

1. Côte de boeuf at Et Voila!

2. Ravioles du Royan, mini herb raviolis with Swiss gruyère, at Bistrot du Coin

3. Steamed mussels with white wine, garlic and parsley at Brasserie Beck

4. Ramen noodles at Raku in Bethesda

5. Oysters at Kinkead's

Previous Chef Five Bites: Cathal Armstrong, Dani Arana, David Guas, Josh Short
