Chef Five Bites: Anthony Chittum

Anthony Chittum, executive chef at Vermilion, offers up today's Chef Five Bites. The Maryland native worked as chef Todd Gray's chef de cuisine at Equinox before taking over the kitchen at Notti Bianche and then Vermilion.
