Chef Five Bites: Clayton Miller

Clayton Miller is the executive chef of Clifton's new Trummer's on Main. The Pittsburgh native started his culinary career with The Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta and from there worked in kitchens that included The French Laundry and Norman’s at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, where he was executive chef. In his latest gig, he joins Stefan and Victoria Trummer at their new restaurant, which opened in July. (Read more.) Here are Miller's Five Bites.
