K.N. Vinod, who moved to the DC area in 1985, is a restaurateur, chef and co-owner of Indique, Indique Heights and Rockville's Bombay Bistro. He graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai, India, and gained culinary experience in India at five-star properties.
